The day started with me photographing Christina and her bridesmaids getting ready, that’s pretty normal of any wedding day. I love photographing getting readies, as the bride prepares for her wedding, everyone is around for her! The bride becomes the center of attention, the princess of the day. The nerves and emotions are high, and, every attempt is made to make the final details as perfect as they can be, and the final preparations are taken.
They opted out of doing a first look. They choose to go the traditional route of seeing each other at their church, which added a bit of magic to the day! The ceremony was beautiful, traditional, and full of emotion.
Romantic, Timeless, Beautiful
We followed the day going to their reception venue to do all the wedding portraits. The Gallaher Mansion in Norwalk, Connecticut makes for a beautiful day. The mansion itself is beautiful and the gardens and parks that surround it are just breathtaking. You will see!
